Despite all the negative reviews, I was welcomed by every single staff there even when I was 8 minutes late. The doctor was super friendly and helpful. She was quick to prescribe medicine and order an MRI.
Dr Ding is great. I am a new type 1 and she is very good at explaining pros and cos of various insulin and treatment plans. Also good at putting worries to rest. And I never feel rushed - she is very patient with all of my goofy questions.
Had a really great time intially with Yilei Ding. I had missed an appointment due to forgetting my insurance card, scheduled the same day to see if I could get there after work. Of course, I got off late and didn't make it in time. They said they would no longer reschedule me and had dismissed me. I understand I could've been better about making my allotted appointment. I just got off my knee surgery and doctor md yilei ding was very reasonable Edit: it seems i have the wrkng doctor and she gave me good x rays to see my bones work and also drugs that helped my medicinal
