Last night around 8 PM, I visited this place for a massage for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was assigned a massage therapist whose behavior was very inappropriate and unsetting, and it left me unable to sleep all night. What bothered me even more was the excessive pressure to leave a tip. I cannot recommend Yi Xin Massage Parlor enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. I have been here twice now once for my daughter then for myself and it smells like someone took a big poop inside . The fact there are Febreeze outside every door says something and when I ask what is that smell they place dumb and act like they don’t have a clue . It’s enough to make you sick . It was weird that you were charged before receiving service, not necessarily bad but the card transaction fee was 5% which is kind of high. The masseuses kept walking in and out to greet other guests during the massage, which used up the time allocated for the service. My partner’s masseuse left within 30 mins of our 90 minute massage to go start a different client’s massage. The masseuses never massaged the neck and head area.
