The staff really knows how to make you feel welcome and special I had a really bad toothache the other day so I dropped by Dr. Cheng’s office. I know that they’re usually booked and that they don’t usually do walk-in appointments, but the team at the front desk was kind enough to work me in to their already packed schedule. It really made my day!I don’t see the dentist very much, but every time I visit, I’m treated like a usual customer! The staff really knows how to make you feel welcome and special

My family and I have been patients at this office for 11 years and we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Keep up the good work! I hate seeing the dentist so much, I tried to avoid visiting an office for 5 years. That was undoubtedly a huge mistake because I ended up in the office with a dental emergency. Great service, kind and patience all around! Down to earth people and love how they handle their work. Definitely very professional and personable. Give you the best understanding of oral health. Good part is that they don’t upsell you on anything that you don’t need. They really care about you and bond with you so you feel comfortable. As a patient I like to feel as comfortable as possible and they did just that

Well, I don't want to argue whether it is a miscommunication issue or not here, I will state the truth by updating my review: 1. This is the only dental office I had that asked to pay big extra owns money for a regular dental service. My dental insurance covered 100% for cleaning plus imaging when I had similar service from other dental offices. The front desk (Lindsey) is very helpful, informative, and efficient. They call ahead of time to remind you for appointments and give courtesy check-up calls the day after. I think this is really professional they way they make sure you are okay after each visit. This is an excellent dental office! The staff are so helpful in scheduling appointments and rescheduling when needed! The hygienist (Thao) and Dr cheng are always sweet and professional

I have to drive 30 minutes to get to Dr. Cheng’s office but it’s worth it every time! I just love the staff and all three of the dentists! They’re such sweethearts!I really like how this office is never too crowded. I always get nervous when there is too much commotion in the waiting room. Having personal space in the office makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable! On top of that, I get great dental care!

Dr. cheng is very sweet and make sure you’re well comfortable before any extractions Great service, kind and patience all around! Down to earth people and love how they handle their work. All of the dentist are exceptional in their work and really show you how passionate they are with teeth. I would give this place a 6 star if I can. I love how excited they are to see me come back and do the best they can to keep me smiling .It was refreshing to see a dentist and the assistant to go out of their way to make something as unpleasant as a tooth extraction as nice of an experience as possible. I love the front desk and my hygienist, they're just simply the best!

I cannot pick up my phone calls all the time and am thankful one of the girls at the front desk remembers this. She gives me a quick text to remind me of my appointment. They are very attentive to details and remember what you tell them. Thank you for this! I am very pleased with Dr. Cheng and her staff. She is the best dentist! Wouldn't go anywhere else :)Very welcoming employees! They work with you and make sure you are satisfied with your whole visit. I will definitely be coming here from now on.
