Well, I don't want to argue whether it is a miscommunication issue or not here, I will state the truth by updating my review: 1. This is the only dental office I had that asked to pay big extra owns money for a regular dental service. My dental insurance covered 100% for cleaning plus imaging when I had similar service from other dental offices. The front desk (Lindsey) is very helpful, informative, and efficient. They call ahead of time to remind you for appointments and give courtesy check-up calls the day after. I think this is really professional they way they make sure you are okay after each visit. This is an excellent dental office! The staff are so helpful in scheduling appointments and rescheduling when needed! The hygienist (Thao) and Dr cheng are always sweet and professional

I have to drive 30 minutes to get to Dr. Cheng’s office but it’s worth it every time! I just love the staff and all three of the dentists! They’re such sweethearts!I really like how this office is never too crowded. I always get nervous when there is too much commotion in the waiting room. Having personal space in the office makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable! On top of that, I get great dental care!

Dr. cheng is very sweet and make sure you’re well comfortable before any extractions Great service, kind and patience all around! Down to earth people and love how they handle their work. Definitely very professional and personable. Give you the best understanding of oral health. Good part is that they don’t upsell you on anything that you don’t need

All of the dentist are exceptional in their work and really show you how passionate they are with teeth. I would give this place a 6 star if I can. I love how excited they are to see me come back and do the best they can to keep me smiling .It was refreshing to see a dentist and the assistant to go out of their way to make something as unpleasant as a tooth extraction as nice of an experience as possible. I love the front desk and my hygienist, they're just simply the best!

I cannot pick up my phone calls all the time and am thankful one of the girls at the front desk remembers this. She gives me a quick text to remind me of my appointment. They are very attentive to details and remember what you tell them. Thank you for this! I am very pleased with Dr. Cheng and her staff. She is the best dentist! Wouldn't go anywhere else :)Very welcoming employees! They work with you and make sure you are satisfied with your whole visit. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

My cleaning appointment went well. The hygienist and Dr cheng were very professional and friendly. I'll be coming back to them every 6 months. Their schedule is always full, but there is no waiting time and walk-ins are welcome. Best cleaning I've ever had! Dr. Cheng is a wonderful dentist. She is very thorough and patient during her appointments. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!

Dr. Cheng's office recently had renovations done and it looks amazing! The office is always so clean and gives water bottles to their patients. It is very sweet of them! Keep up the good work!Great experience! The staff was really friendly. They got me in and out in less than an hour! Thao was so gentle during my cleaning and Dr. cheng was very nice and had a grade dental skill . I will definitely be coming here for my dental work!!

I referred my sister and her husband to get their teeth cleaned here and they said they loved it! I'm happy to hear they would recommend others here too! Excellent dentists! They have a wonderful group of staff. Every appointment we have, they are always on schedule and make sure that we are taken care of! Best dentist ever, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She makes me feel so comfortable.
