They will cut your hair shorter regardless of instructions & they add extra $5 pricing without your consent since they “style & blow dry” when all I’ve asked for was HAIRCUT WITH LAYERS & BANGS. I DID NOT GET THE BANGS. I didn’t had the time to argue with the lady that know 50/50 English. Please moving forward stop scamming people because of your lack of understanding & communication. $9 haircuts applies to men only. I’m so disappointed. Never again.
