Excellent massage services, very friendly and accommodating. My new favorite spa for relaxing massages.
This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $90 in cash for the service and left a $20 tip. While I initially considered leaving more, the way the staff member spoke to me—insisting that the tip wasn’t enough—was rude and completely inappropriate. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. When I called afterward to express my concerns about the way I was treated, I was abruptly hung up on. The technician presses it very comfortably,pays attention to details,the environment is quiet,there is no odor indoors,the music is soothing,and the intensity is controlled appropriately.After pressing it,it can improve sleep quality.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Went and told me I couldn’t get a massage because I was 19 because of “PA state law”. Even said Hand and Stone had the same policy. Went across the street to Hand and Stone and they did not have said policy. Had a great massage there. Skip the unprofessional nonsense of this place.
