Went in to see if they had any appointments. Rude lady came out from a door, didn't even come to the front, said from the door, sorry busy, you need to call. Didn't even ask if I'd like an appointment for another time. Wow not the way to treat someone to wanted service at your establishment.

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $90 in cash for the service and left a $20 tip. While I initially considered leaving more, the way the staff member spoke to me—insisting that the tip wasn’t enough—was rude and completely inappropriate. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
