Everything was arranged before the appt. Insurnace and copay. Insurance confirmed. Then they wanted $230 when we got there. Caused us work time wasted. No apologoy.
Dr.Wu is an expert ENT , knowledgeable, kind, professional, patient with client questions.
I enjoyed meeting Dr. Wu. She is easy to talk to and explains thoroughly. The entire staff was kind and attentive.
