I really don’t have a positive or negative words to say about my visit. The reason for 3 star review is that both the audiologist and the ENT doctor seemed to really not care my health. They just wanted to get over the task at hand and move on to the next patient.
Dr Wu is amazing as well as every one of her office staff. I have never had such a great experience to include ear surgery and follow up appts. I would definitely recommend
Dr. Wu was very attentive and was able to provide me with a diagnosis and treatment plan that I've been looking for. The appointment was easy to schedule with a very reasonable time between scheduling it and getting seen. Staff, audiologist and Dr. Wu were all amazing.
I could not be more pleased with the care I received from Dr. Wu and the RiverENT team. I was referred to Dr. Wu after having seen two separate ENT's at another practice, both of whom lacked optimism about any improvements I might make. Your receptionist were most helpful and courteous during my first visit. Dr. Wu and your technician were very efficient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and treating my problem.
