Came in wanting to learn about chinese herbs. I was asking questions and it didn’t seem like he wanted to answer my questions. It felt like he was waiting for me to leave. It seems like he only wanted chinese customers that already knew about herbal medicine and I didn’t feel welcomed AT ALL. I wouldn’t recommend this store for canadians, you won’t be welcomed.
Found a big piece of paper from the coloured plastic packaging box among the herbs in one potion. It's so careless. it's very scary to think if I am not careful and just make the soup and drink it. He apologised, so fine everyone make mistake. so, I decided to give him a chance and ordered one instead of the usual 5 potion again, then he charged me extra more. normally I can understand charging more for 1 potion because of the work, but given the fact that he did me wrong, it's his chance to make amend.
