I absolutely love this nail salon... The clean, tidy environment, with neatly arranged tools, is reassuring. The nail technician was incredibly gentle and patient, recommending styles based on hand shape, skin tone, and personal style, and carefully discussing every detail. When I was struggling with a color, she proactively took out swatches to compare. She wasn't pushy at all, and felt like a friend the entire time! It was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back.
I use to really like this place but the service has declined. You call for an appointment and they don’t see you for about 30 minutes after. They also do not listen to your requests. The last person I had seemed to be annoyed with helping me. The discounts they provide for members are great but I wish the service was better.
