This place has really gone down hill. They have become extremely rude every time I come in. They consistently give me inexperienced technicians for my pedicure who barely shape my toenails or provide quality service. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and never makes me feel welcome although I have been coming here for years. Its a very clean place, I just wish they go back to the way they used to be.

Very rude! I had the young, stocky girl with red hair. She was short tempered and seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I hate going to nail salons after work because it's the end of the day and they have been there all day and are tired and don't do a good job. Maybe they should consider closing one day of the week for a break instead of being so money hungry and opening 7 days a week. When I left I said goodbye and no one responded back to me. I’ve been very satisfied with going here. I don’t feel like they rush. They take their time and do a good job. I stopped going to the chocolate spa and I’m very happy with my decision!
