Great experience. I got prompt response by Zang ( Owner of YGK). His quote was detailed and explained full scope of work. He was always responsive to my queries. Polite, professional and courteous. Installation done professionally and in time as committed. Will surely recommend him.
They came to disconnect our gas stove for a renovation and then came back to reconnect 2 weeks later. They were professional, reliable and efficient with excellent communication. We needed a bit of help moving the stove and they cheerfully assisted with no extra charge
Furnace stopped working over night, Ryan was able to come over first thing in the morning to diagnose the problem. He was honest and fair with his assessment. Fix a broken fan or new furnace. Didn’t give us the run around and force a decision. He answered all our questions and provided a great service at a great price.
I can't say enough good things about Zang and YGK company. I called in the morning and by noon he was already in the house. The furnace and the hat water tank, installed by other company were not up to codes and there was gas leak. He gave me a quote. His pricing was very detailed and every reasonable. The next day they fixed the issues. Don't look somewhere else for service you will not find better company. Very highly recommend.
5 stars all around! The quoting process was transparent, the installation was top-tier, and they were very respectful of my home, handled everything with great care during the furnace replacement process, and cleaned up the work area well afterwards. I appreciated that Zhang and Ryan took the time to answer my questions, to address my concerns and to explain the workings of the new system. They are true professionals with an incredible work ethic and expertise. I highly recommend them!
