Horrendous. Called Y&G and they had a tech show up the next day. Our toilets were gurgling, upon inspection it was discovered our main water line was back pitched and needed to be replaced. The plumber came back the next day 3 hours late, which is what it is. He began the work and installed 3" PVC. When he thought we were done we went to test the system and he had not connected the drainage line to the full bath on the main floor. Started pouring water into our crawlspace.
