Wonderful doctor, but totally inefficient and disorganized office. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Golbraykh, she's amazing, great manner, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. But getting an appointment is next to impossible. The people at the front desk never pick up the phone, never call back, I have tried reaching out via phone, fax, even email. I know Dr.Golbraykh for many years she helps me to cope with stress of illness by comforting words of support which gave me more reassurance than antibiotics I was taking during my illness. She is like a great musician who is not only performing technically good but with her heart and sincerity

The worst experience that I ever had in US. To be clear - I didn’t get a chance to see this doctor because of the receptionist in her office (17100 Collins Ave). Extremely rude and unprofessional ladies. Very unattended, unwelcoming staff. The first question was - “what is your insurance”? - Florida blue. Their answer was: “we don’t accept this insurance”.
