Extremely poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor based on my experience.
Awesome experience with Dr. Veltman, he performed a minor procedure on me - fast, pain free, and super helpful/friendly/empathetic staff. Yes phone system could be improved, but what counts, the medical care, is top shelf.
Terrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone
Not helpful, non- responsive, dismissive, entitled, cancels appointments you arrange your life around without explanation then acts like you are the one being difficult. I suppose continued suffering is better than the UCSF entitled doctors merry go round.
