I can’t say enough about Eugene! I hired him bc of his vast knowledge of real estate in my area. He’s extremely professional, hard working, reliable, punctual, and just overall a stand up guy! He held my hand every single step of the way and made sure I was ok during one of the most stressful times of my life which was selling 2 homes! Selling an apartment is a very frustrating and complicated process, especially in Brooklyn! Yevgen couldn’t have made it any easier. My family worked with him to sell two apartments and he always kept us updated, informed, and helped us with any and all issues that were being thrown at us 100 mph. Yevgen was a phenomenal agent. He set me and my family up with a showing same week. We got lucky and signed our lease within the same month. His communication is amazing and makes sure we feel comfortable and not pressured! Best of it all he makes sure to always check in before during and after the move. He is always available for help and his honesty and loyalty is truly appreciated. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else but him for your next real estate agent!

Yevgen is a True Professional and I highly recommend him! Yesterday, I closed on a property and from inception to closing, he kept me informed, discussed strategy, worked diligently to get me the right buyer and saw the transaction through to the finish line. He is a real Pro and he worked magic in a somewhat tough market! I give him 5+++ stars for an excellent execution and hard work! He is a great Realtor.
