I am a patient of Dr. Kim. Today I went to have labs done. ‘Priscilla’ wears many hats. She was running the front desk when I came in. She then took me to the back room and did my Labs. Priscilla is quick, professional and has good customer service skills.
First time meeting with him for my grandma. He was awesome and thorough in his assessment. He was very friendly and asked questions that showed he really cared. He can speak Koreans which is awesome!
