RJ came to look at a small dense forest of overgrown creeping junipers I wanted removed from my boulevard. He gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable, and a few days later brought a dumpster and his tractor over to start yanking them out. BUT.. underneath the creeping tangled forest we found DOZENS of 1ft diameter boulders and vile garden fabric literally woven into the junipers.
