This is an honest review for water mitigation complicated by non-friable asbestos wrapped pipes. Overall, I would not trust this company for water mitigation. Any water mitigation company could have done the work for us, however based on google reviews we went with Yeti. We trusted Yeti to provide us with guidance, clear communication, and transparency in pricing during a novel and stressful situation (the pricing guide provided with the contract is an expansive list of equipment and daily charge). We moved into a 1950s home that needed some love inside the home utility room and in the garage. Yeti and the crew (Mike, Aaron, Adam and Matt) cleaned up and eliminated our mold concerns in no time. I’ll be back if we ever have any other mold issues.
