Update! Spoke with the owner on the phone refused to look at the police report and said they are out the money and an upper he’s a liar I’ll post pictures of police report on here once I’m off work just to save other people thousands of dollars. But definately in the mean time beware if you can’t go in and walk out with your item BEWARE! Even then you work with a crook! BEWARE! Had a 2000!+ fraudulent charge show up on my card with this company I’ve never done business with show up on my statement. I informed them and my bank says they denied the dispute. So my family is out 2000$+ I e contacted the CFPB about this! We will see where it goes but BEWARE!!!
