I am a property manager. Recently we were in need of an electrician after there was a fire in one of our buildings. As a result the power was off while new breakers and electrical panel was installed. Dylan was the one who came out and worked with us to get us back up and running as quickly as possible. He was very kind, polite and a very hard worker. Putting in long hours to get the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Dylan and Yeti Ark Electric. I know we will be calling them again. Dylan from Yeti Arc was recently working on a big panel repair/upgrade at the building I work in. Not only did he work with a sense of urgency to get power back on so we could continue business with as little interruption as possible, he was friendly and accommodating when we asked about timelines and how we could get back into our unit as quickly as possible. So happy to have received a recommendation for this company. The owner was responsive and answered all of my questions along the way. Invoicing was transparent, and the tech who came to give the estimate and check out our job went above and beyond and even helped us troubleshoot a problem with a previous company! The tech who performed the job was awesome as well and really took care of us. Everyone here is extremely professional and reliable - Excellent!!
