VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I have been going to Yessica Nail Salon since last 5 years. I never had any issues with them and they were so good with any design. Today I went there first time after the new owner changed. The lady who did my nails was so horrible. She was very harsh with my nails and all my nails started bleeding. She didn’t understand what I was asking for and then she got mad at me and totally ruined my nails. She didn’t even do my nails as the picture I showed her.

The best experience ever . Customer service is great . I love my nails . They cater to your needs .i would 1000 recommend . Place is super clean . Staff is lovely . Owner is a sweetheart .

I had such a great experience at this salon! Sasha did an amazing job on my nails — she matched the photo reference I showed her perfectly and brought my vision to life with so much attention to detail. I’ve been to four different salons in North Bergen and West New York, and I’m so happy I finally found a place I can stick with. The salon itself is super clean, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Everyone there is kind, professional, and really makes you feel taken care of. Highly recommend!
