I recently hired Yess Boss Plumbing to fix an issue. They were prompt in responding to my request, explained the problem and helped me make an informed decision. I would strongly consider recruiting Chase for any future plumbing issues.
Not a legit plumbing business. They missed their scheduled appointment TWICE after rescheduling once and couldn't stick to their commitment. Would not recommend.
The plumbing issue was not properly resolved and the overall service experience was disappointing.
One of their plumbers came same day and was friendly and knowledgeable, and my leak is resolved, but the prices were exorbitant. Given how many plumbers I called who didn't answer or said no, I guess I should be extremely grateful. But the plumber disappeared for 2 hours to pick up parts that I would have expected he carried standard in the van. Got charged $1200+ for an hour of work.
