My property is managed by this company. I’ve been trying to get in contact with my PM for a over month…yes a month regarding my property and No one has bothered to call/email me back. I live out of state and now have to travel and take off work just to talk to someone in person about my property. I am now seeking to retake possession of my property due to lack of communication and poor management.

I applied for a home I didn’t hear anything back for weeks I kept calling. Even when I tried to go look at the property I’ll schedule a time I’ll wait for my showing and I wouldn’t be able to look at it I even had my mom schedule a time and she still couldn’t get in finally I left a vm going into the 4th week then they processed my app after I complained but I still couldn’t speak to anyone I don’t know why I waited so long but if this isn't fraud it’s definitely unprofessional.
