Honestly everything about this place screams WE CARE. Love my doctor love the receptionist.
I have been a patient of Dr. Fess for years. Dr. Fess is always professional. Dr. Fess is an outstanding caring, ppassionate doctor. Dr. Fuss will do everything in her power to help me with what ever the medical issues are that I'm having. I have always been treated well by the ladies at the front desk and most of the nurses I have spoken with. Especially lately Jessica has been a great nuse and has worked well with me. I believe the doctor's and nurses and staff do a great job.
Front staff always answer my phone calls and get's me in right away. The nursing staff is very knowledge and returns my calls in a timely manner. I have seen all the providers and they are wonderful.
Time says on here that it closes at 6 but yet it closes sooner.
Lena Beale is unbelievably rude, unprofessional and condescending. She told me to find my own dermatologist for my raw skin. The desk staff is poorly trained and was staring at me then pointing without saying anything. Very uncomfortable experience.
