I went in for a keratin treatment and they used the same 360 chocolate keratin product I'm highly familiar with. From the start the lady doing my hair didn't even bother to comb my knots out before applying the product and than she made it harder for herself by blowdrying my 4c hair. I knew she didn't know any better but combing my hair works best with a wide tooth comb and wet hair- she than applied the product on my knotty hair and when she left the product with knots in it for 40 mins I cringed. I went to the McAllen location to get a haircut which turned out really nice, the girl who cut my hair was incredibly gentle, I really appreciated that since my hair is thin and tangles easily. I decided to book a keratin treatment in the Edinburg location, and same thing, it turned out great and the girl was super nice and gentle, really happy with how it turned out. The only thing is I hope they fix their credit card system soon, since it's kind of a hassle having to pay cash/zelle. Will definitely come back again!
The service was excellent, the staff was friendly & the stylist listened to what I wanted and delivered perfectly, highly recommend!!
