As the owner of Kids Village in Orem, I wanted to take a moment to recognize YESCO for their outstanding service. I wasn't even a YESCO customer when this all started. I had them come to survey my sign for my business which was already expensive. Their worker sat in his truck for 10-15 minutes and then only started working when I came up to his truck. I got charged for a full hour worth of work which blows my mind because it was one small sign that they needed to measure. I ended up declining their estimate because it was too expensive, and only got the bill for the survey two months later saying it still needed to be paid. Very unimpressed.
