My new favorite rental at LAX! Fastest pickup—no nonsense. Also, shout out to William! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We got exactly the car we rented online. It was spotless and seamless to pick up. The person who helped us was knowledgeable about our insurance coverage and very helpful. The car came with a phone charger and phone holder. They drove us to the airport immediately when we dropped the car off. Wonderful customer service. Recommend.
They cancelled my booking the day before my trip. Couldn’t even be bothered to return my calls. Will never book with them again.
