Hands down, working with "yes " Pest Control has been one of the most satisfying homeowner experiences I've had in 43 years. We had a curated colony of over 50 bats in our Belfrey, that flew out nightly. Unfortunately in our hundred year-old home they also started making their way through the cracks and crevices of the walls. Called during business hours to inquire about services for my pest problem. No one answered. I left a voicemail with all my info. No one ever returned my call. Its been 3 weeks. I decided to go with a different company.
Great job in eradicating pesty, aggressive yellow jackets. Excellent customer service with a sense of humor for a nervous customer to calm her down!
