Terrible experience ! I was quoted a set price for a ring repair and two pendents to then come to the store and be told a different price, along with receiving my items dirty from markings they made and scratches. I continued to inspect my pieces and realized a chip on my pendent. Absolutely terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ! And would never do business there again.
Only thing I will say is that they don't open at 11am even tho it says they do the lady always tells me come back at 12 I don't understand that at all
