I brought two iPads in, one that needed a new screen the other iPad wouldn’t turn on. Valerie was honest and educated me on the issue which was Roblox crashing my tablet, she was able to turn on my tablet and charge it to 80%, she told me what the issue could be due to my tablet not charging to 100% I truly appreciated her honesty I thought my tablet needed a new battery. I’ve used yes forever. She is the very best. She knows everything and she is just wonderful. It’s a delight to come and work with her. so if you got any kind of issues with anything in the way of your tablets or your phones, just give her a holler and come on by. She’s off of Charleston and Decatur.

My phone was broken and wasn't reading the SIM card. Couldn't make calls, the lady opened my phone and fixed the issue. Only charged me $25. Very honest business.
