I purchased multiple appliances in December 2024 and paid 100% upfront, including payment for extended warranties. I am writing this review again because the situation has not changed—despite repeated promises. I purchased 6–8 major appliances from this store in December 2024 and made 100% full payment upfront, including payment for extended warranties on all appliances. Some appliances were delivered in poor condition. Getting even one faulty unit replaced required months of chasing, with most calls and messages completely ignored. Horrendous experience, owner promised he had something 'in stock' at the warehouse prior to our order. After we ordered, the item somehow disappeared and was no longer available for us. First and last time I will be buying anything here. On the positive side, the delivery guys were on time and helped with assembly.
