AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING is all you need to know about them! It was nothing short of a great experience having done business with you and your vendors! Very professional and honest at every turn. Once our wedding was over, we were already wanting to start planning a second 1 lol. All we find ourselves talking about for the next month was how fun and exciting our day was. Do NOT book Henrietta. I wish we'd had a poor review like this before booking with her so we could have gone with someone else. I will start this off by saying that I addressed our issues with her multiple times over text following the wedding and her responses were not only disappointing, but what she said she did was in DIRECT opposition to what my husband and I observed, were told by other guests, and were told by other vendors even. I can not say enough good things about Henrietta and her team. She was absolutely amazing in making our wedding everything we wanted and more. She was very professional and attentive with all the details and worked very well with our venue managers. She worked quickly and efficiently and continuously checked in with me to make sure everything was going the way we wanted. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator. Where do I begin? Henrietta is absolutely amazing. The manor is breathtaking and she goes above and beyond for her clients. She made my family and I feel welcomed and loved on my wedding day. If I could do it all over again, I’d choose Reverie Manor and Henrietta EVERYTIME! Thank you so much for everything.
This venue is beautiful, full of love, and so well maintained. Henrietta and her husband were amazing. Henrietta kept in contact with me from point A to point Z. She was understanding and so easy going. If I ever have to have another event I definitely would book with her again. Thank you so much for allowing us to get married at your venue.
