RESPONSE TO OWNER"S COMMENT TO MY REVIEW: This is not an accurate account of what happened, and I would hope that you choose to be honest with your customers. I received a confirmation email for the appointment after submitting the questionnaire and photos—at no point was I informed that I did not meet the requirements. I booked an appointment for a consultation at this salon. An hour before the appointment, I called to confirm before making my way over there. She did not answer the phone, so I sent a text message to confirm. A few minutes later, I received an email that my appointment was canceled. Extremely unprofessional!
This was the best experience I have ever had! It is such a pleasure to be in the hands of a true professional who knows how to treat their clients! The stylist, Miyana, gave me a consultation, she listened to my concerns and wrote out a game plan with products to use for my specific hair type and issues. My shampoo was Devine and she was very gentle when handling my hair. My hair looks and feels so much better. I highly recommend Miyana if you are looking for a stylists who knows hair.
