They rip you off!
Last week i received my water bill which seems to have doubled. When I called in to speak in regards to why my bill has doubled I was less than impressed with the Customer Service quality. First of all, the representative I spoke with had less than a High School level grammar. Your employee's are a sole representation of your company and it's professionalism.
