Absolutely the worst experience ever. Dr. Mcknight was very very rude and scolded me the entire time. He told me I had 7 cavities and that my teeth were going to give me diabetes. He also told me once I came back in a week I would have more cavities which is "normal". I had one broken tooth that needed care and instead of cleaning it out he had his tech stuff it with pre filling, causing me to have abcess as he didn't even prescribe me antibiotics. It's obvious 3.1 star rating. FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE DENTIST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Do not waste your time. You'll be treated poorly by staff and the dentist is straight GARBAGE. Had to move dentist to get my teeth properly fixed. Seriously people DONT SUPPORT THIS BUISNESS
Young lady’s don’t know how to act in an office , laughing very disrespectful!! They act like they genuinely care about patients, but they don’t. 0/10 don’t recommend going here. Kaitlyn and Marianne are very disrespectful laughing over a phone call when I’m asking questions. Yes, dental is pathetic
I had 3 cavities filled on 7/8. Not filled by the dentist, but the assistant. Dentist didn’t come back to check after the fillings were done either. Even though I had to receive 2 extra numbing shots for a specific tooth. I paid whatever I owed that my insurance didn’t cover. I received a bill in the mail for another additional 308$. Even though I now have to find a new dentist and pay them to fix whatever these people did to my teeth, because I still 2 months later cannot chew on my right side.
Mishandled appointments for a surgery for months, kept making excuses. Lied about the potential for an implant. They tore up my girlfriend's gum making way too many injections and botched the extraction. They also offered not even a single day of pain meds after a surgery. Place has gone entirely downhill. Find anywhere else. These people can't keep providing worse service and charging more.
