Maybe the management could actually get to know the residents as actual people and not just rent checks would be a good start.
So I bought a truck from my brother that meant a lot to me and my family and have been fixing it up and I got it running really well. It belonged to my father who past away in 2012. I brought it out to my place and let the trailer court maintenance guy (who was the person who tagged all the vehicles at that time) know that I would be getting it transformed into my name but due to Covid I couldn’t get in right away but I had an appointment set up. He said that’s fine and just to move it every so often so I’ve been doing that.... read more

My husband and I were wanting to rent from them and we have called multiple times and they were just rude. My husband drove 30 mins to give them a deposit on a home there and the maintenance guy answered the door very rudely. My husband took l 30 mins from its lunch to get us a house from them to tell him that the landlord couldn’t take anyone at the moment and my husband asked if they were gonna be open after 2:30 today the maintenance guy say probably not. How unprofessional and rude that was.
la manager gaby es muy conflictiva, no te ayudan en nada, ya sea en una fuga de agua, un arbol que se este cayendo, la yarda segun va incluida en bill y la mia no me la cortan, yo ya yevo 6 meses viviendo aqui en woodland estates y la verdad estoy completamente inconforme ya que la senora es muy conflictiva yo trato de tener mi espacio limpio todo en regla , y creo que no sirve de nada, ay traila que enverda se estan cayendo y no dise nada para mejorar la comunidad, cuando movi mi traila nueva, todos los dias me metia presio... read more

been here since 1980 and I would to be able to manage.ths place!!! ALOT OF THE BS WOULD CHANGE!! ITS NOT A COMMUNITY, IT WHO RENTS AND WHO OWNS. they fix absolutely nothing!!!!

Water, cost or rent.... You can't afford to live here if you rent a trailer from them on top of a very high lot rent. Plus it seems like every couple months the rent goes up if not for one thing then another. All while the water quality has gotten even worse we don't have any good days anymore with the water everyday it's yellowish brown sooty water that leaves a residue behind when you empty a tub or sink and think again if you think you're going to do a load of whites here!!!!
