RecommendedWe were given a notice about yellow patches in our grass. We're working on correcting this already but what I find frustrating is they have yellow patches of grass in the common areas that they maintain. We also got a notice about weeds. RecommendedWe visited a friend that lives at Green Spring Valley while in town for a NC State game and I must say that it's a beautiful community! We took the kids to the playground, which was amazing btw, and while there a member of the staff stopped by just to say hello. He was such a sweet person and my friend said the entire staff makes you feel like family! I highly recommend this community!

if you like going to the club this is the place loud music all the time and now they are letting the tow company take your car even if is on and you have everything in there you are not aloud to go out for a minute i call the cops and they'd said is an agreement between the office and the company they can't do nothing about

Stop raising rent .. 3 times in 2 yrs. Or at least put some of that money back into the park putting new trailers in doesn't count lol

communicate, have a working heater, a/c, screen door, sinks. fix things, actually call us back, not waiting a week. I shouldn't have to contact bosses of managers to get a manager to call me back. 0/5 stars. im trying to leave early due to them not following their side of the contract. now they are trying to tell me that they want to keep my deposit for leaving early....but all I want is someplace that isn't 30°F inside on a warm day.
