First time it’s was a great experience! Great customer service and did a wonderful job! Strongly recommend!
Have my brows threaded here often. Wish I could get the owner to do mine everytime. I’ve been cut once above my eye in the past. Today, my brows were uneven and thicker on one side. I did tell them and girl redone them. I shouldn’t have had to complain to get them corrected. Not sure I’ll continue going back or maybe if owner not available just not get them done.
Jenny is super, lovely lady, very professional place of business! All the ladies are pleasant also!
Jenny is amazing, she does not discriminate against people with disabilities, ive been getting my eyebrows threaded by her for a long time, i only have use of one hand and arm and she always does a fantastic job. My disabilities doesn't effect her getting my eyebrows perfect every time. She is very polite and has a great personality. I would suggest if you want perfect brows go see Jenny.
I had excellent customer service, and experienced minimal discomfort with my very sensitive skin. Very clean, and comfortable environment. I will definitely be returning.
I have zero tolerance for any sort of discrimination, whether it be because of race, ethnicity, religion, mental abilities, physical abilities, or anything else. To deny service to someone based on this is absolutely terrible. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I do hope that you understand that your most recent discriminatory act has been seen by hundreds of local people who sympathize with her. I also hope this has an impact on your business or at least hits some whatever sort of moral compass you may have.
