Nic came out last minute when our water heater broke and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, gave us a fair and reasonable price, and got the job done in a timely manner. We really appreciated his professionalism and quick response. Highly recommend!

Had to go elsewhere because they wouldn’t schedule an appointment for me. Kept sending me emails asking to get something scheduled, I’d respond and get no answer. Then I receive another email asking me to get something scheduled, again I replied, to no avail. Can’t rate the service, not sure how it is. Rating the appointment system because I couldn’t get one.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I want to give a shout out to Dave Marsh. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of when I bought my new A/C. He went out of his way.. past work hours to assess my situation and made sure I recieved the best pricing and made the right choice for my needs. Friendly courteous seems to be very knowledgeable. It appears everything was done to satisfaction. The only thing I would add is maybe when cutting sheet rock to use a drop cloth like they do painting
