I scheduled an estimate, chose a date/time range, and waited… and waited… and waited… Nobody showed up, called ahead, communicated, etc. I wanted to give them another chance and got a reschedule the following day. This time I did get an initial call during the time frame confirming that was on the schedule for the date/time I chose. Again I waited… and waited… and waited.
