I scheduled a simple yearly maintenance service for my AC. The soonest appointment they had was a month out, which was annoying but doable because it wasn't urgent. However, they then canceled on me 27 minutes before the appointment time and the soonest they offered to reschedule was ANOTHER MONTH OUT! As someone in a similar line of work, I get that things can sometimes be unpredictable and appointments need to be rescheduled, but I would NEVER postpone someone more than a few days, even if the work doesn't seem urgent. They offered me a cleaning and inspection of my cooling system, and the technician was only there for 5 minutes and just said: "Change your filters and I recommend replacing one part." Bad service.

I called these guys to come out and clean my coils. Ty the guy they sent out showed up said he left his equipment at his last customers house. Charge me $69.00 to change a filter. Didn’t do the 21 point inspection that was promised on the phone when I made the appointment. Do Not use this company same Day appointments are more I even suggested that he went and got his equipment he said no I will get it tomorrow. So I feel like I got scammed by this Company.
