SCAMMERS!…DO NOT TRUST (YES) THIS COMPANY! They had me pay in advance for a repair prior to actually doing the job. Here we are two months later and they still have not completed the work that I paid for. I have reached out over a dozen times with promises that someone will get ahold of me to do the repair with no return phone call.

My serviceman was Isrrael. He does HVAC service. He was the absolute best. He was on time, courteous, very clean with booties and left everything the way he found it. He was very polite and friendly. He did an all around excellent job. Highly recommend Isrrael and Whipple.

GET A DIFFERENT COMPANY 2ND OPINION. Lied to my friend, saying the AC Coil was going to leak Carbon Monoxide into the home. Not the furnace but AC from rusting. Said ac was low on refrigerant. TRIED to scare into buying a $15,000 furnace and ac. Had another company come out and after diagnosing and running system it was on $200. Everything is running great. After talking to others, They try to scam/scare elderly, single people and the unknowing.
