This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I got a promotion from Lowe’s for AC tune up. The first incident, they cancel on me with no way to easily reschedule. When I’m able to finally reschedule, they give me a 12-4 slot and then show up at 10am when I’m not home and never responded to correct the issue. I’m pissed at their poor service.

Horrible experience. First trip out, their technician electrocuted himself in our basement and went directly from our house to the hospital. Then they came back, failed to tell me what was wrong with our electrical, and said only that his supervisor would have to come fix it. That cost us hundreds and the supervisor told us it would be $10,000 for a problem they even failed to diagnose properly in the first place. This company is a jokes they want your money but can’t fix a thing. Call someone else.
