My review is specifically about the billing experience at this office. My nephew was unwell, and we wanted to bring him in for a regular office visit. Unfortunately, we ended up not going because the billing representative didn’t seem to understand the details of our insurance coverage. During a three-way call with my insurance provider, they explained multiple times that our deductible only applies to emergency room visits or imaging services, while office visits only require a $30 copay only. First time coming to this doctor and I am so happy I finally found a good doctor who listens and care for their patients. My son is 11 and she is the only doctor that really made me say “finally a good doctor for my child”. They know what they are doing and the office is nice and clean a bit small but you will be in good hands here.
