My husband and I LOVE Dr. Yerovi. We are first time parents and she has put us at such ease knowing our daughter is under such good care. She is kind and compassionate and a has a nurturing spirit that we truly appreciate. She is a mama herself which I believe makes all the difference in the quality of care and compassion she offers. I'm thankful for her and your awesome staff!
Dr. Yerovi is both my childrens pediatrician and we love her and the staff! The way they schedule is great as you are never left waiting for too long like other offices when coming in for your appointment. I also love that if you need an emergency visit, they get you in quickly!
Dr Yerovi’s office is an extreme disappointment and unforgivingly unprofessional. I have called the office a few times throughout my pregnancy to make sure they accept my insurance and will take us on as patients. Right before getting discharged at the hospital, I called the office to make my first newborn appointment and they said “Oh we actually decided not to accept you as a patient. It’s the doctor’s decision sorry”. To be dropped like that last minute is unprofessional.
Rude unprofessional staff and questionable record keeping consequently I removed my children from here care years ago. Forwarding my daughter's immunization records to our current medical provider became an adventure. As a result, my daughter lost her on campus housing.
We adore Dr. Yerovi! We have 6 children between the ages of 26 and 11, which I guess means we have been using her since she started practicing! She is fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, and when something pops up that she doesn't know about, she finds you the experts who do have the knowledge needed. We have been through it all with her, from the mundane to the life threatening. She has a great sense of humor, and genuinely likes children, even the teenagers! My kids love her.
I have been taking kids to Dr. Yerovi for 10 years - she's awesome! So knowledgeable, professional and great sense of humor to boot. On top of which, her staff is fantastic - they are so smart and very easy to deal with. It is a single doc office, which I personally love - but I know some parents who want a multitude of docs on staff. For me, I much prefer the consistency of one doc.
Dr. Yerovi has been our Pediatrician for 10 years. If we didn't like her we would have left long ago. No muss, no fuss, thorough and professional.
Dr.Yerovi is a great pediatrician and her office staff is awesome. They're great with my three children, including my 15 month old twin girls and 3 year old son. She always makes time to see us when needed and is so patient and knowledgable. We recently moved over 40 minutes away and I'm still going to bring my kids to Dr. Yerovi.
