On one occasion my son took his Z-28 Camaro in. It failed emissions. Reviewing the certificate they had entered the VIIN incorrectly and it was listed as a V-6 not a V-8. Cost valuable time to undo stupid mistake because they can't even tell a V-8 from a V-6 or have the skills to read a report. On a second occasion after waiting 45 minutes in the inspection line I was told that they had an "emergency inspection" coming and I should come back later that day.
