It is really a shame that you charged us for the sunpass it was the next client that took the tolls not us. Despite knowing that we have returned the car around 4 am on November 7th, you still charged us, so you damn well that it's your fault. As you can see on the pictures all toll bill were charged after 4am on November 7. It's a shame because everything had gone well until now but since nothing is done to compensate us, I am going to have to write bad comments about YEP. es una estafa, nunca alquilen con ellos, no aparecen por el aeropuerto. Ni aparecen, ni responden las llamadas ni los whatsapps, ni se disculpan. ahora, en una reseña en google, 5 días más tarde, se excusan de que "la persona que estaba esperando sufrió un accidente". Seguramente sea falso, pero incluso siendo verdad, nadie contactó con nosotros que estábamos en el aeropuerto y sin coche de alquiler. Es cierto que no me cobraron (solo faltaría) pero nos dejaron tirados en el aeropuerto y ni respondían a las llamadas ni a los... read more
