The doctor & staff are caring & very proficient in their jobs.
My review is based on the integrity of their staff. FedEx delivered a few packages to their establishment that were addressed to me. They delivered to their wrong address. I’m a street over. A kind lady took the time to drive to my apartment and leave me a note stating my packages were accidentally delivered there. ( it was a leave at front door) I work very long hours. I called this morning and the packages were still there. I want to thank the staff so very much for holding them for me. It’s greatly appreciated
Dr.Shim & her staff are terrific. They are always very pleasant.
