I purchased a washer and dryer the dryer works but they have had to work on washer 4xs and still not working I was told it would be replaced and never got a specific time nor phone call
They are scam artists. They sold me a refrigerator that they knew had a leak. They had installed a tap to add freon. It all leaked out on me and they came out and filled it and said that it wasn't tight. After the 30 day warranty ended it happened again. I called a different appliance repair company that told me the truth about used appliances and to run away if I ever see a refrigerator with a tap on the back. Refrigerators are closed systems. great appliances. great delivery. just could of been better about being on time with the delivery or at least better communication about it.
Horrendous service and product. I had the appliances delivered. It took at total of 6 service calls 3 of which were no call no shows just to re-install the refrigerator door that was taken off to get the refrigerator through the doorway. They never pick up the phone, you have to call back 3 consecutive times just to get an answer during business hours. They want to sell you something that hasn't been tested. When you receive the product and it's not working right you don't get the guarantee or they won't answer the phone.
Bad customer service no called no showed for back to back to back appointments. When i tried to call them back no answer and got a Spanish voice mall. Wont use them ever again

It was a pleasure doing business with the Yensu; Appliances affordably priced, personel was professional and delivery & installation was professional & timely.
