Deb and her team are professional, polite, and damned good at what they do. The guided me through the processes, terms, and legal parts that were beyond me, to me. In a way that was understandable. My resolution doesn't matter, but the way in which her firm handled my case, made me feel heard throughout the process.
Deb was able to help me with a short turnaround time to review a severance agreement from a previous employer and presented the options I had at hand. She was able to coach me in asking for additional severance which was successful in doubling my severance pay.
