Best customer service and the friendliest staff I've ever seen at a dentist's office. Dr Ting was so patient and knowledgeable answering my myriad questions. I get Dr Ting and his staff the highest review possible

While driving home from out of town, I felt a "wiggle" in my mouth and knew I had a loose implant. I debated about calling Dr. Yen's office, since it was early afternoon and I suspected they were closed. Being a sometime procrastinator, I decided this was not the time to ignore my problem and called. Nanette answered the phone and made my appointment for the very next morning. Even in this Covid-19 stressed time, Dr. Yen and his staff were kind, friendly and caring and in no time, I was as good as new.

15 years+ ago when I first visited Dr. Yen with my dental needs, I knew I was in great hands when I experienced first-hand the committed top quality care provided by him and his entire staff. Dr. Yen was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and always took the time to go above and beyond to discuss potential options with me. Dr. Yen is amazing! Over the past 10 years other dentists offered no cause or solution to my chipping teeth problem. I saw Dr. Yen one time and due to his expertise as a Prosthedontist (engineer for your mouth) he had the answers. He also spent extra time (on his day out of the office) to help me find the right specialist for the next step in solving my dental issue.
