Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! Is this business handicap-accessible? Not at all! There were barriers everywhere making it impossible for handicapped people to enter Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I told him that i thought I had bronchitis and he told me I was congested, but I wasnt he gave me congestion pills when I told him that I clearly wasn't congested! They send me to do some xrays too, and at the end they called me and told me to that I had anemia, which was impossible for them to know because they didnt draw blood.
