Dr. Chen is equally an absolutely amazing professional and a person, with a well of empathy and understanding for patient's problems. Unlike many doctors we dealt with before, she has a real sense of urgency when asked for help, and responds quickly and effectively with prescription refills, medical questions, or referring to a specialist.
