We were really impressed with Brian at Yelm Plumbing. Our main septic line had a clog on a Friday evening. Brian not only took care of the clog but pinpointed the location of a warped pipe that had broken. This was our second back up in a year and no cause for concern was found by the other company that had cleared the line. We are grateful Brian helped us clear the line and uncover the problem.
Our kitchen sink backed up and the sinks in our master bathroom were draining really slowly, so I called Yelm Plumbing and Pumps. They were able to send a plumber out the same day. The company called to let me know when the plumber was on his way. When he arrived he put paper booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt in the house, which I appreciated. Great people! Explained everything to me. A bit over-priced for what they actually did. I would recommend!
Misdiagnosed problem with our well. Did very little diagnostics and told us that our pump was going out and needed to be replaced. We had another company out that diagnosed what the actual problem was- air in the holding tank and fixed it for $150.
