Last September when I dropped off my 2010 Toyota FJ for service, I was advised that the brakes on all four wheels needed to be replaced by the end of the year as they were all showing 4mm, (I still have the service paperwork to prove this). After the winter of 2024-2025 I knew I needed a 4 Wheel drive. My awd Terrain got stuck so many times in the deep snow and after getting stuck just trying to get out of my garage and digging for 2.5 hours just to get back into the garage my mind was made up. The employees were very helpful and quick. They always explain everything that was done and don’t try to sell you extras. One of the few dealerships I have ever felt comfortable with.
Thomas was so easy to work with so was Jolynn! We purchased a 2022 toyota from them!! I love it!! No waiting around for hrs, basically in and out! Would highly recommend!!
