We are so happy with the purchase of our new 2025 Grand Hylander Hybrid from Yellowstone Toyota. My wife was just in there today for a warranty issue of the wheel bearings being bad on a 2022 Toyota Highlander. She was told it wasn't covered by the Power train 60,000 / 60 months warranty. They also charged a $90 diagnostic fee. It clearly says in the warranty manual that this is covered! Page 13! We spent a great percentage of our income on this Toyota as a family of 7 and we trusted you guys. Why are you saying this isn't covered to my wife? She didn't go in to give you a $90 tip on work that should be covered!
I can honestly say that buying a vehicle at Yellowstone Motors was the first time in my life that I have had a pleasant vehicle purchasing experience. Royal Bradford was very professional, responsive and helpful in his communication with us. This was through texting, email, and in person. Great experience with the service team setting up my initial service plan for my fantastic, fun Toyota FJ. Educated me on exactly what the best plan and cost would be for the amount of driving I would be doing.
This is my third Toyota tundra. First time at this location. It was an exceptional and easy transaction. I love their trucks and after dealing with two other dealerships which were only fair, I can say go to this location if you want honest people. The salesman and the manager were fantastic! It’s a five hour drive and worth every mile to go there.
