I was interested in purchasing a used ram that Yellowstone motors had on their lot. Trey, the sales employee was not only helpful with information on the truck and detailed pictures of everything on the truck but he made the sales process super smooth and extremely fast. If I could leave zero stars I would. My truck was held for a total of 5 weeks at this dealership, and throughout that entire duration, the only information I was able to receive was from a Toyota dealership in Jasper Indiana. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever received. Within the last 3 weeks I called Yellowstone Toyota 3-4 times a week each morning to try and get information on my truck and every time was told they didn't know, and they'd call me back later that day. We have gotten a different story every time we go into the Powell, Wyoming dealership on what is and is not covered for work on the truck. The truck has been nothing but issues since we purchased it and we are not happy with the purchase of the vehicle nor the service.
We are so happy with the purchase of our new 2025 Grand Hylander Hybrid from Yellowstone Toyota. Royal and the entire Yellowstone Motor family were very accommodating and thorough with their sale to us. I would recommend them for a new or used car.
